Meatballs for Three

Ingredients for MeatBalls

  • One large grated onion
  • 1lb of minced beef /pork
  • White Pepper and Garlic Salt
  • A Little Tomato puree
  • An egg
  • 1 tbps fresh ginger if being used for chinese.

Making the MeatBalls

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mixed together with a wooden fork. Once mixed, remove the air by pushing the mixture down with a wooden spoon.

Cover with a plate and put it into the fridge for at least forty-five minutes to sweat it.

Use a metal desert spoon to scoop out a portion for a meatball, use hands to make into a ball and place on a plate, do this until you run out of mixture. Put the balls back into the fridge to set.

To cook the balls you deep fried them until golden brown or place on a baking tray and oven bake turning them at least once.
